Since beginning her real estate career in 2004, Tina Maples has guided buyers and sellers through changing markets, complex transactions, and some of life's most important decisions. As a REALTOR® with ERA American Real Estate, Tina serves clients throughout Northwest Florida, with extensive knowledge of Crestview, Niceville, Fort Walton Beach, and DeFuniak Springs.

Tina's experience extends beyond representing buyers and sellers. Before joining ERA American Real Estate, she was a broker/owner of her own real estate company. That experience gave her a broader understanding of the industry, from market strategy and negotiations to managing transactions and advocating for clients.

As a United States Air Force veteran, Tina understands firsthand the challenges that come with relocating. She brings that perspective to helping military families, out-of-state buyers, and clients navigating major life transitions. Her experience includes residential real estate, land, commercial properties, and new construction.
